In order to achieve your desired end result, our testing and certification technicians verify and document that your equipment is performing to manufacturer specifications while using a full battery of certified and calibrated testing equipment. HEPA Filter Bank Filter Removal and Replacement for Air Handlers: Remove and replace client provided or CEG provided HEPA filters in air handlers supplying clean air to surgical suites or patient care areas.

HEPA Filter and HEPA Filter Bank Leak Testing: In addition to installing HEPA filters in your air handlers, CEG is well equipped to provide filter and filter bank leak testing utilizing state of the art aerosol generators and calibrated photometers. We will work with your facilities manager to schedule around surgical procedure dense time periods and coordinate outages to prevent inadvertent fire alarm initiation.

Biological Safety Cabinets (Class I and II): CEG will test these engineering control devices to manufacturer’s specifications for inflow velocity, down flow velocity profile, airflow smoke patterns, airborne particle count measurement and HEPA leak testing. When required, lighting and noise level testing can be done as well.

Down flow and Horizontal Laminar Flow Clean Benches: CEG will test these engineering control devices to manufacturer’s specifications for down flow or horizontal airflow velocity profile, airflow smoke patterns, airborne particle count measurement and HEPA leak testing. When required, lighting and noise level testing can be done as needed.

Chemical Fume Hoods: CEG offers face velocity measurement and smoke containment visualization as a means of documenting a fume hood’s performance.

ISO Cleanliness Class Certification: CEG will measure, record, and report the airborne particle counts associated with the room tested to establish the cleanliness class level achieved and maintained by the filtration and air circulation system. We can test the room annually, semi-annually or quarterly as may be dictated by your particular room usage. We can test your Cleanrooms, Surgical Suites, Isolation Rooms, Compounding Rooms or any critical area in your facility.
